Our products are all handmade to order in our atelier. As such, we sometimes require 2 - 4 wekks to fulfill larger orders.

Our Ledges, Weights and Nooks are all subject to batch availability and we will do our best to meet your needs as quickly as we can.

If you have an exhibition deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to make sure you have your products on time.

Quotations and catalogue consultations are free of charge. Once you approve your quote, we'll issue an invoice and begin processing your order. Payment can be made via secure payment link, using all major credit cards, or by international bank transfer. Orders are dispatched upon receipt of payment.

Taxes are charged at 0% for all shipments outside of the EU. Value Added Tax (VAT/BTW) is charged at 21% for all shipments within the Netherlands as well as for EU shipments not associated with a VAT number. If you email us your EU VAT number, taxes will be charged at 0%. Note that your country may apply its own customs tariff import charges.

We are pleased to take care of any import tariffs for you upon request and include them in your invoice. This choice ensures there are no shipping delays as your STILTS cross borders.

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping of our products including DHL’s Go Green+ Programme.

GoGreen Plus is a DHL Express service that lets shippers reduce up to 30% of their shipment’s carbon emissions by using sustainable aviation fuel instead of traditional aircraft fuel.

All transactions are finalized at our office location in Paterswolde, The Netherlands, where ownership of the goods transfers to you prior to shipping.

Shipping options are as follows:

• Within The Netherlands: FedEx Overnight

• Within the EU (excluding The Netherlands): DHL ≈2–3 day shipping

• Outside the EU: DHL ≈3–6 day shipping
