Warranty & Returns

In the presence of defects or mistakes, you can notify us within 14 days from the date of receipt of your STILT® product. Please include in your notification the details of the product and a description of the issue including visual proof. We will either repair the product or send you a replacement product free of charge. At any time, you have the right to refuse and return your products within 14 days of delivery. In addition, all STILT® products sold by us are covered by a 2-year warranty.

You can always return your STILT® products, even if they have already been used. We will assess them and issue a refund of up to 75% of the purchase cost. If you wish to sell your STILT® products, please make sure you provide us with all information necessary to authorise the sale. Authorisation can only be given if you can guarantee the quality of the STILT® trademark.
