How to Order

To place an order, please click on the button below. A real human member of our team will respond to your query within a day or two.

Once you are happy with your quotation, we will walk you through the ordering process as we prepare your products for their new home.

  • Our products are all handmade in our atelier. As such, we sometimes require a few weeks to fulfill larger orders.

    Our Ledges, Weights and Nooks are all subject to batch availability and we will do our best to meet your needs as quickly as we can.

    If you have an exhibition deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to make sure you have your products on time.

  • Quotations and catalogue consultations are free of charge. Once you approve of your quotation, we will issue an invoice and will begin to process your order. Invoice payments can be made via international bank transfer or PayPal. All transfer fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. All orders are dispatched, once fulfilled, upon receipt of payment.

  • Taxes are charged at 0% for all shipments outside of the EU. Value Added Tax (VAT/BTW) is charged at 21% for all shipments within the Netherlands as well as for EU shipments not associated with a VAT number. If you email us your EU VAT number, taxes will be charged at 0%. Note that your country may apply its own customs tariff import charges. We’re happy to take care of any import tariffs for you upon request and include them in your invoice.

  • We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping of our products. All transactions are finalized at our office location in Paterswolde, The Netherlands, where ownership of the goods transfers to you prior to shipping.

    Shipping options are as follows:

    • Within The Netherlands: FedEx Overnight

    • Within the EU (excluding The Netherlands): DHL ≈2–3 day shipping

    • Outside the EU: DHL ≈3–6 day shipping
