A real human member of our team will respond to your query within a day or two. If you already have an idea of which products interest you, let us know and we will draw up an obligation-free quotation for you.

Our aim is for you to have only the products you actually need for your specific situation. We will take all the time you need to help you choose the right sizes, angles and surfacing materials.

Once you are happy with your quotation, we will walk you through the ordering process.

  • Feel free to email us with the dimensions of the books you plan to exhibit (length, width & thickness) and we would be happy to advise you on the appropriate product size for your needs. We converse happily in both metric and imperial measuring systems.

  • If you plan to exhibit a particular book or set of books, we can help you determine the appropriate support angle and surfacing choice. Please get in touch with us. No question is a silly question!

  • Do you plan to use your STILTS in a space with limited height or depth? If you give us the inner dimensions of your display area as well as a photo or two, we can ensure that your size and angle choices fit well, ensuring a safe and beautiful book display.

  • Our products are all handmade in our atelier. As such, we sometimes require a few weeks to fulfil larger orders. Our Ledges, Weights and Nooks are all subject to batch availability and we will do our best to meet your needs as quickly as we can.

  • Quotations and catalogue consultations are free of charge. Once you approve of your quotation, we will issue an invoice and will start to process your order. Payment of the invoice can be made via international bank transfer or PayPal. All orders are dispatched, once fulfilled, upon receipt of payment.

  • Taxes are charged at 0% for all shipments outside of the EU. Value Added Tax (VAT/BTW) is charged at 21% for all shipments within the Netherlands as well as for EU shipments not associated with a VAT number. If you email us your EU VAT number, taxes will be charged at 0%. Note that your country may apply its own customs import charges.

  • We use FedEx overnight shipping for all shipping within The Netherlands. We use DHL 2-3 day shipping for all shipping outside of the Netherlands but within the EU. We use DHL 3-6 day shipping for all shipping outside of the EU. Please note that your country may apply further charges or procedures that delay the delivery. If you would prefer a faster shipping option, let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
